Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
FrostingIngredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3 ¾ c. powdered sugar
- ½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 4 T. milk (not skim)
Instructions
Beat butter until light and creamy (1-2 minutes). Add powdered sugar a cup at a time and combine. Sift in cocoa and combine. Add salt, vanilla, and milk, and mix for a few minutes until thick and creamy.
