Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Boston Butts
  • 1.5 lb. pork liver
  • shake of nutmeg, cloves, and allspice
  • 3 t. salt
  • shake of pepper

Instructions

Boil meat 1.5 hours. Do not throw out water used for boiling. Grind after boiled. Put back in pot and resume boiling, adding about 2 cups of water. Add flour until extremely hard to stir. Let get cold overnight. Fry before eating.

Makes 2 loaves.
